Account Coordinator
About the role
The Account Manager at ODW Logistics is responsible for managing small to mid-sized customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and fostering strong relationships with both internal partners and external clients. This role involves expanding ODW’s presence with each client, driving growth, and ensuring mutual success.
Responsibilities
- Manage small to mid-sized customer accounts
- Compare revenue/profit for forecasting
- Provide pricing to customers for all modes of transportation
- Develop an extensive knowledge of all ODW Transportation Management service offerings
- Offer solutions for support needs in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and other customer presentations
- Oversee any after-hours customer issues or urgent requests, both internal and external
- Create and maintain customer profiles for each managed account
- Avoid potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement safeguards to protect company assets and improve profitability
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred
- 1+ year(s) of account management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Time management and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
Physical & Mental Requirements

- Occasionally standing, walking, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, or reaching
- Focusing (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
