About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Account Coordinator to play a key role in growing our client base. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward tailored financial solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services
- Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations
- Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or college degree preferred
- Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals
