Account Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer requests for facility services with contractors in an efficient and quick manner.
- Provide critical oversight in checking in on third parties, such as mall property managers and landlords, as needed.
- Submit proposals to clients after they’ve been reviewed and approved.
- Schedule and confirm security for locations as needed.
- Handle minor client escalations and resolve them to the best of your ability before sending them up the chain.
- Confirm successful case completion with client locations.
- Qualify and follow up on vendor pricing.
- Finalize pricing when a case is ready to be closed.
- Fix invoice issues and send approvals to vendors for pricing.
- Provide oversight when the time onsite sometimes exceeds expectations or we’d like more time.
- Dispatch Request for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors.
Requirements
- High School/College experience or related industry experience.
- At least one year of experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong process management abilities.
- Adept at time management and prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with internet research tools is beneficial.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
Qualifications
