Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer requests for facility services with contractors in an efficient and quick manner.
  • Provide critical oversight in checking in on third parties, such as mall property managers and landlords, as needed.
  • Submit proposals to clients after they’ve been reviewed and approved.
  • Schedule and confirm security for locations as needed.
  • Handle minor client escalations and resolve them to the best of your ability before sending them up the chain.
  • Confirm successful case completion with client locations.
  • Qualify and follow up on vendor pricing.
  • Finalize pricing when a case is ready to be closed.
  • Fix invoice issues and send approvals to vendors for pricing.
  • Provide oversight when the time onsite sometimes exceeds expectations or we’d like more time.
  • Dispatch Request for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors.

Requirements

  • High School/College experience or related industry experience.
  • At least one year of experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong process management abilities.
  • Adept at time management and prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with internet research tools is beneficial.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.

You are the ultimate in customer service and process management. You work well independently but enjoy contributing to a team, and you have great flexibility, initiative, and judgment.

  • Master of time management and prioritization.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Expert proficiency with Excel.
  • Advanced skills with Outlook.
  • Strong internet research capabilities.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.
