About the role
We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Commercial sector, growing relationships with our Casino, Entertainment, and Hospitality partners. This position supports accounts by maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction, often under the direction of an account manager or senior account manager. Responsibilities include account organization, resolving order and item needs, and facilitating smooth sales and project execution while acting as a liaison between partners and the company. Successful Account Coordinators often grow into Account Manager and Senior Account Manager roles while expanding ownership of strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Partner Communication – regularly engage with operators to understand needs, provide updates on orders/projects, and address concerns as a consultative thought partner. Own portions of partner-facing meetings and presentations as assigned, representing CNA with professionalism.
- Account Management – maintain customer relationships, track information, and assist senior/account managers with business growth plans.
- Internal Collaboration – coordinate tasks with internal teams, primarily account support and logistics, to resolve problems or suggest process improvements.
- Issue Resolution – identify and resolve order and item issues promptly, delegating to relevant teams as needed.
- Project Execution – assist in equipment projects, staged order projects, and quoting opportunities using strategic pricing to capture higher win rates and maintain profitability.
- Sample Coordination – facilitate sample packages to partners to expand category growth or cost-saving alternatives.
- Escalation – raise high-level issues to senior/account managers or management as needed.
- Process Improvement – identify areas for enhancing partner experience and platform enhancements.
- CRM Documentation – ensure thorough, timely entry of leads, opportunities, tasks, and account updates within 24-48 hours and review accuracy weekly.
Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics.
- Food service or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Access to a reliable, secure high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, minimum 75mbps download/10mbps upload).
- Home router and modem with a dedicated, noise- and distraction-free office space (wired Ethernet connection preferred).
- A valid physical address (no PO Boxes).
