Responsibilities
- Support the development and coordination of client quotes and orders
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, specifications, and order details
- Partner with internal teams to keep projects on track
- Communicate updates and provide responsive support to clients and teammates
- Help monitor order progress and assist with issue resolution
- Contribute to efficient processes and a strong team environment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-first mindset
- Experience in an office or customer service environment preferred
