Account & Cash Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Oversee trust system account maintenance, cash receipt, and disbursement processing.

Ensure transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with governing documents and internal controls.

Responsible for completing account openings and closures, documenting the process using prescribed checklists and attaining appropriate signoffs.

Monitor the trust system for overdrawn accounts and other cash-related exceptions.

Engage in ongoing professional development, training, and trust system enhancements.

Adhere to the Trust Company’s OFAC, KYC, AML, and CFT requirements.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trust operations, cash processing, or account administration.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
