Account Operations Coordinator

Our Opportunity

Your Role

• Drive various client program deliverables, such as managing financial documents and compiling data for analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance department as needed to ensure smooth program execution.
• Maintain and reconcile budgets, aligning account margins, client satisfaction, and account growth with company standards.
• Generate progress reports, compare actual versus estimated results, and assist in managing resource scheduling and rate checking.
• Communicate potential issues to relevant stakeholders and support early identification and resolution of challenges.
• Ensure operations comply with both GPJ and client contractual requirements, maintaining high standards of service quality and promoting adherence to governance policies.

Your Skills

• Math Skills: Accounting or finance background.
• Computer Savvy: GSuite and experience with JDE or Deltek or similar tools preferred.
• Organized: Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, managing up to 30+ shows at once.
• High Functioning: Works well under time restrictions and with diverse personalities.
• Team Player: Understands vendor roles and services clients effectively.
• Flexible: Able to adjust work schedules and priorities as needed.

Your Experience

• 1-2 years of industry-related experience.
• Understanding of on-site methodology and practices, as well as show and venue rules and regulations.
• Ability to travel approximately 5% and work irregular hours as needed for programs.

Your Impact

• Gather project/program budgets in collaboration with account teams.
• Monitor and communicate performance of projects.
• Ensure compliance with client contract requirements.
