SNG partners with NHS trusts, the British Transport Police, and other large organisations to provide quality accommodation for their employees. We offer bespoke housing solutions tailored to your business needs, giving employees priority access to affordable, hassle-free homes in London and the East of England.

Management and support services

• Complete property management service for shared and private accommodation
• Dedicated property managers for every location
• On-site offices at Northwick Park Village (open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) and St Albans (open at least one day a week)
• After-hours security and support at key locations
• Secure entry systems and modern video intercoms in most properties
• Weekly cleaning of communal areas and regular grounds maintenance
• Thorough cleaning of properties between tenancies
• Skilled in-house Handyperson team for repairs, available 24/7
• Emergency repairs attended within 24 hours; general repairs within seven days
• Up-to-date Gas Safety Certificates for all properties
• Option for repairs to be completed without the resident present (with permission)

Flexible partnership options

• Tailored management agreements between your organisation and SNG
• Option for your organisation to lease properties directly and sublease to employees
• Support for partners who choose to manage properties themselves, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
• Assistance with tenancy management, including sign-ups, viewings, and tenancy lengths
