Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting required
- Knowledge of substance use, mental health, and care management preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Able to work with diverse populations in a compassionate and professional manner
- Comfortable using electronic health records and standard computer systems
- Knowledge of community resources and how to access them
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
PAY
This position will be 3 days a week in Orange and 2 days a week in Greenfield.
