• Understand and recruit others to success through a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program.

Requirements

• Have sales or managerial experience in another industry.
• Have previously run your own business.
• Have an MBA or other equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• Specific production and licensing requirements must be met, and approvals obtained before transitioning to field management.

Skills

• Sales and/or Sales Management experience.

$119,000.00 - $159,000.00 per year
