About the role
The Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for two full-time Academic Professional Track (Non Tenure) faculty positions with a 9-month academic appointment beginning August 1, 2026. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Teach in the areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development and Change, and Global Management among other management topics.
- Teach in both synchronous and asynchronous formats at the undergraduate and graduate levels (e.g., BBA, MBA, MS, professional MBA, executive MBA).
- Teach up to six courses per year.
- Engage in service activities commensurate with the position level.
Requirements
- Doctorate or DBA in Management, Business, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Sociology, Education, or Psychology or related field.
- Significant teaching experience at the college/school level in the field or in a related field is preferred.
Qualifications
- A strong record of academic excellence.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage students.
- Enthusiasm for active participation in a collegial and dedicated faculty community.
