FIMT College continues to grow and add new programs. We are inviting applications from professors with at least 10 years’ experience who have exhibited expertise in handling administrative responsibilities, strong research, and publications.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a track record of initiatives that have positively impacted education in India, with the ability to translate vision and mission into actionable outcomes.

- Lead and manage academic and administrative functions within the college.

- Stay abreast of national trends and developments in the education sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a professor, with demonstrated administrative responsibilities.
- Proven track record in research and publications.
- Experience handling multiple roles within academic or external educational settings.
- Evidence of initiatives that have contributed to the advancement of education in India.
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to student success.
