About the role
The Faculty of Architecture at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking to hire faculty members at the ranks of Professor and Associate Professor.
Responsibilities
- Teaching (2-3 courses/semester)
- Student advising
- Research and creative activities
- Service and cooperative extension
- Administrative responsibilities
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Architectural Design & Theory of Architecture
- At least 20 years of teaching experience after Ph.D.
- Ph.D. in Urban and Environmental Design
- At least 15 years of teaching experience after Ph.D.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Urban and Environmental Design
- At least 5 years of experience
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent use of computers in teaching
- Experience of international accreditation and industry software competency
- Experience in dealing with the environmental design labs & green building rating systems
