Academic Clinician, Associate Professor, Pediatric Emergency Medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Department with an annual volume of 100,000 visits.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows as a member of the Division of Emergency Medicine.
• Participate in clinical shifts at both the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and its clinical affiliates, Virtua Voorhees and King of Prussia Center.
• Engage in patient enrollment for ED studies as needed.

Requirements

• M.D. or equivalent degree.
• Certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Board-Eligibility.

• Expertise in working within a large, complex medical system.
• Comfort and flexibility in caring for a wide range of pediatric diagnoses.
