About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Facilitate social skills groups and other therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with special needs
