About the role
The ABA Therapist will provide evidence-based interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Provide therapy sessions in accordance with treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document all sessions and progress in client files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current certification in ABA from an accredited organization
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism
