About the role
Provide compassionate care to clients in an outpatient setting. Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress notes and maintain client records
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current license to practice in the state
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with disabilities
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer literacy
