About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document progress and communicate with families regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Current state certification as an ABA Therapist
- Experience working with individuals with ASD
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with special needs
