About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document progress and communicate with families regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
Skills
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in using assessment tools
