We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Salary: $21 - $26 per hour (Pay) - Great Place to Work - Flexible Part-Time Hours (Schedule) - About the role: description of work, training, mentorship, etc. - Why Join Maxim? bullet points: Certified Great Place to Work, $21–$26/hour, weekly pay, paid training, certification support, ongoing mentorship, flexible part-time scheduling, supportive BCBA supervision, build experience, career growth, $150 training completion bonus. - What You'll Do: bullet list of duties. - Qualifications: list. - Start a Career That Makes a Difference: prose. - Maxim Benefits: list of benefits. - About Maxim Healthcare: prose about company. - EEO statement: remove. We need to decide sections: maybe About the role (overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements/Qualifications (Qualifications), Benefits (Maxim Benefits), Pay (Salary), Schedule (Flexible part-time hours). Could also include "Why Join Maxim?" but that may be overlapping with Benefits/Pay etc. Could combine into Benefits or Overview. We need to avoid filler sections like "Skills" if not explicit. There's mention of strong communication, interpersonal skills, CPR/BLS, etc. Could be part of Qualifications. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "$21–$26/hour based on experience, education, and certifications", "Weekly pay", "Paid training, certification support, and ongoing mentorship", "Flexible part-time scheduling", "Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical guidance", "Build experience that supports future careers in psychology, education, healthcare, and behavior analysis", "Career growth opportunities within a national healthcare organization", "$150 training completion bonus". Also "Certified Great Place to Work® employer". Also "Great Place to Work | Flexible Part-Time Hours" tagline. We need to include "What You'll Do" bullet list: Work one-on-one..., Help clients..., Implement ABA..., Encourage progress..., Track client progress..., Collaborate..., Many healthcare... (maybe that's prose). We'll keep bullet list. Qualifications bullet list: High School Diploma or GED required, College credits preferred but not required, Experience working with children preferred but not required, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, CPR/BLS Certification or willingness to obtain, Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn, Comfortable using technology for documentation. Benefits list: Health and Wellness: Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical) and Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program; Retirement And Financial Security: Health Savings Account, 401(k), Short Term Disability, Voluntary Group Life Insurance and Supplemental Accidental Insurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Home and Auto Insurance discounts, Pet Insurance and Legal Benefits; Lifestyle Benefits: Paid Time Off, Employee Discount Program, Transportation Benefits and College Partnership Program; Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status. Also mention "About Maxim Healthcare" prose. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (overview), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Could also include "Why Join Maxim?" but that may be redundant with Pay/Benefits etc. Could incorporate into Benefits or Overview. We need to avoid sections with filler like "Skills" if not explicit. There's no explicit Skills section; we can omit. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, "Apply today!", "Start a Career That Makes a Difference" maybe keep as prose? It's substantive but could be part of About the role or separate? It's more motivational; we could keep as part of About the role or separate section "About the role". But we need to avoid too many sections. Could combine "About the role" and "Start a Career..." into one

under About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep it as a paragraph. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. There's duplication of "Certified Great Place to Work® employer" appears in tagline and Why Join Maxim. We'll keep once. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

      About the role

At Maxim Healthcare, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills that make a lasting impact. We’ll provide paid training, certification support, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed. Certified Great Place to Work® employer. Flexible part-time scheduling. Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical guidance. Build experience that supports future careers in psychology, education, healthcare, and behavior analysis. Career growth opportunities within a national healthcare organization. $150 training completion bonus.

But we also have Pay and Schedule separate sections. Could keep them separate. Better: About the role: overview of work and training etc. Then Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. Then Qualifications: bullet list. Then Benefits: bullet list (maybe grouped). Then Pay:

      with salary info. Then Schedule:

with flexible part-time hours. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "Pay" if we have content. We have salary info: "$21 - $26 / per hour" and "Weekly pay". Also "$21–$26/hour based on experience, education, and certifications". So we can put that. Schedule: "Flexible Part-Time Hours" and "Flexible part-time scheduling". So we can put that. Now we need to avoid repeating same info across sections. We'll keep Pay and Schedule separate. Now we need to ensure we don't include "Why Join Maxim?" as separate section; we can incorporate its bullet points into Benefits or About the role. But we already have some of those points in About the role (training, mentorship, BCBA supervision, career growth, bonus). The "Certified Great Place to Work® employer" and "$21–$26/hour" and "Weekly pay" and "Paid training, certification support, and ongoing mentorship" and "Flexible part-time scheduling" and "Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical guidance" and "Build experience..." and "Career growth opportunities..." and "$150 training completion bonus". Those are essentially the Why Join Maxim points. So we can incorporate them into About the role or Benefits/Pay/Schedule. Since we already have Pay and Schedule sections, we can put salary and weekly pay there. Benefits section can include health benefits etc. The "Certified Great Place to Work®" could be a note in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph can include: work description, training, mentorship, BCBA supervision, career growth, bonus, Great Place to Work. Now Responsibilities bullet list: from "What You'll Do". We'll list each duty. Qualifications bullet list: from Qualifications. Benefits: we need to list benefits as bullet list. Could group categories but still bullet list. We'll just list each benefit item as

    • . Might be long but okay. We need to avoid duplication: "Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical) and Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program" maybe two items. We'll produce:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Apply today!" or EEO. We removed. Check for duplicated lines: We have "Certified Great Place to Work® employer" only once. Good. Check for any missing substantive info: "Weekly pay" included in Pay. "Paid training, certification support, and ongoing mentorship" included in About the role. "Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical guidance" included. "Build experience that supports future careers in psychology, education, healthcare, and behavior analysis" included. "Career growth opportunities within a national healthcare organization" included. "$150 training completion bonus" included. "Great Place to Work" tagline included via Certified Great Place to Work® employer. "Flexible Part-Time Hours" included in Schedule. "Flexible part-time scheduling" maybe redundant but we have Schedule. We also have "Many healthcare and behavioral health professionals begin their careers as Behavior Technicians. This role provides valuable hands-on experience that can support future careers in education, therapy, healthcare, and behavior analysis." This is somewhat covered by career growth and experience building; we could add
