Role Overview
Seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, assisting with social, communication, and behavioral skills. Responsibilities include implementing behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, documenting progress, and supporting children in achieving developmental milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Completion of coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year of experience working with children in related roles such as child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, ABA therapist, or behavior technician

- Follow behavior intervention plans created by specialists
