About the role
Seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Help children develop social and communication skills
- Document progress via a mobile app
- Implement goals from individualized Behavior Plans
- Provide behavior support and crisis intervention under supervision
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency
- Willingness to obtain CPR/FA certification
- Experience preferred

Pay
Compensation ranges from $21 to $26 per hour, with additional bonuses for training completion and referrals.
