Part Time ABA Technician

Behavior Technician Seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include helping children develop social and communication skills, documenting progress via a mobile app, implementing goals from individualized Behavior Plans, and providing behavior support and crisis intervention under supervision. Qualifications include a passion for working with children with special needs, strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, and willingness to obtain CPR/FA certification. Experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $21 to $26 per hour, with additional bonuses for training completion and referrals.
