About the Role

The company is looking to add a part-time technician to their growing technical team. No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This role offers flexible hours of 20-35 hours per week and is ideal for students.

Responsibilities

• Program and test medical alert systems
• Enter and update information in multiple software systems
• Deliver equipment locally when needed (car is provided)
• Create and ship orders
• Accept returns
• Troubleshoot devices over the phone or in person

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to organize data
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
• Outgoing personality and ability to interact professionally and courteously with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Computer literacy skills
• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow a scheduled route
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be reliable
