ABA Technician (Part Time)

About the role

Responsible for working one-on-one with children with Autism to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist children in developing social and communication skills
• Document progress and milestones
• Implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications and Skills

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Completed coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or have at least one year of experience working with children in roles like Child Development Assistant, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician

Additional Information

Candidates should be dedicated, compassionate, and motivated to support children’s developmental progress. The role involves following individualized behavior plans and documenting client milestones.
