Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Foster positive relationships with clients and families
• Conduct assessments and collect data
• Track progress and communicate therapy updates to caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children with autism and special needs
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to individual client needs
• Organizational skills and a growth mindset
• Flexibility in working hours

Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required.
