Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
- Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Foster positive relationships with clients and families
- Conduct assessments and collect data
- Track progress and communicate therapy updates to caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children with autism and special needs
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to individual client needs
- Organizational skills and a growth mindset
- Flexibility in working hours
Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required.
