ABA Therapist – Training Provided

About the role

We are seeking ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Documenting progress and milestones
• Implementing behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Completion of relevant college coursework or minimum one year experience working with children in roles such as camp counselor, paraprofessional, or behavioral interventionist

Compensation

Varies by certification and experience, with premium rates for certified RBTs with at least six months of certification.
