Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with internal Channel Managers to support advisor opportunities.
  • Providing technical guidance to advisors and their end clients.
  • Designing and positioning customized telecom, connectivity, security, and cloud solutions.
  • Delivering technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Assisting in solution validation, scoping, and provider selection.
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution from opportunity to order.
  • Acting as a trusted technical resource and advocate throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish or Portuguese language is a must.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or Higher) is necessary for daily communication.
  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering and technical solution design across telecom, network, security, and cloud environments.
  • Strong background supporting customized connectivity solutions (fiber, DIA, SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, CCaaS, etc.).
  • Experience working alongside channel sales teams or Channel Managers in a partner-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
