About the role

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding company goals in individual statistics.
• Control Expenses: Manage store inventory, process shipments, and reset merchandise to ensure compliance with LIDS Retail policies.
• Support Operations: Assist with accurate product counts and support adherence to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Physical Demands And Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally climb ladders and work with hands overhead.
• Constantly stand on shift.
• Frequently walk on shift.
• Frequently hear and communicate verbally with customers, employees, and other personnel.
• Frequently visually observe the store and read written or digital information.
• Frequently operate a computer and mobile Point-of-Sale system, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
