This open position is in a highly behavioral residential home setting. We are seeking candidates with experience working with behavioral individuals.

Advocate and support adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities by empowering them to be as active in their lives as they can.
Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, teeth brushing, etc.
Assist individuals to medical appointments, banking, and community outings.
Administer medications, follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals, and follow medical guidelines.
Safely evacuate individuals from the home in the event of an emergency.
Maintain certifications, handle job-related duties in compliance with Agency policies, and follow all DDS regulations/policies.

Part Time: 32 hours per week

$17.50 – $19.00 per hour (Paid Training!)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees

Varied interests and personal connections in the local community.
Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer, or school history).
Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.

Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience working in a residential setting with highly behavioral individuals.

Must be able to speak, read, and write in fluent English.
