Responsibilities

• Supervision of all Direct Care staff
• Development and implementation of all ISP’s (Individualized Support Plans)
• Oversee house operations and services
• Ensure a “home-like” environment for the individuals living in the program
• Knowledge, adherence, and implementation of the Agency policies
• Ensures ongoing communication with parents, guardians, day programs, physicians, pharmacist, program directors, and funding sources
• Coaches, trains, and develops high-performing work teams
• Ability to advocate and establish rapport with the disabled population, their families, co-workers, and service providers

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred with one year experience in human services
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required), and be available by telephone for daily contact.
