3rd shift FSQA Technician

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect product at various stages of production – this includes dimensions, weight, temperature and performance.
• Conduct on-line inspection and process control limits.
• Compile and evaluate data to maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Understand and enforce principles of HACCP, GMP and GDK Foods quality standards.

Requirements

• Associates degree: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related life science preferred
• 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing environment in a QA/QC role
• Knowledge of trend analysis preferred
• Ability to work overtime and flexibility in work hours (24-hour operation)
• Variated temperature environment - (hot & cold environments)

Pay

Target Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Shift Differentials: $1.50 for 3er shift
