3rd Shift Bread Packer & Prep

About the role

This non-exempt position is responsible for packaging bread and prepping other food items with attention to quality and efficiency, aligning with Colectivo and Troubadour’s Mission and Values.

Responsibilities

• Slice bread loaves and buns.
• Package bread into bags.
• Organize orders and pack bread accordingly.
• Pack other orders as needed.
• Prep smoothies and other general prep as needed.
• Operate and maintain production machinery safely.
• Work clean while following Food Safety Procedures.
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure food and personal safety.
• Work in accordance with all federal, state, and local safe production facility requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Pay

$17.81/hour

Schedule

Full-time or part-time, 3rd shift, non-exempt.
