3rd shift Packer

About the role

Based in Totowa, NJ, we craft premium healthy snacks under the Nature’s Garden brand, combining quality ingredients with creative flavor and function. Our products are designed to support wellness, sustainability, and better snacking choices—helping consumers “Snack With Purpose.” Packers accurately pack finished food products into containers, bags, or cartons on a fast‑paced assembly line. Key duties include inspecting products for defects, applying accurate labels, scanning items, sealing boxes, and stacking pallets to meet production quotas, while strictly adhering to safety and cleanliness (GMP) standards.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance: Verify seals, labels, cleanliness and correct weights; Verify date and lot accuracy
• Cleaning & Changeover: Clean machines and area after changeover/end of shift

Requirements

• Place empty jars on conveyor
• Assemble boxes as needed
• Constant bending, twisting, and moving on an elevated platform
• Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously
• Ability to bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift on an elevated platform
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift 8‑10+ hours
