3rd Grade Teacher - St. Jerome Academy - Hyattsville Maryland

The St. Jerome Academy in Hyattsville, Maryland is hiring a 3rd grade teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This is a full-time role reporting to the Principal. The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 with excellent benefits.

St. Jerome Academy is a PreK-8th grade Catholic Classical School of the Archdiocese of Washington. We educate children in the truest and fullest sense by giving them the necessary tools for learning and by fostering wonder and love for all that is genuinely true, good, and beautiful. Responsibilities

• Teach third-grade curriculum aligned with the classical educational plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least one year of teaching experience at the elementary level
• Strong knowledge of the third-grade curriculum and classical educational methods
