3673 - Concrete Finisher - Journeyman
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting: It includes company Overland Contracting Inc, but we can maybe include a short paragraph about company? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short
with company and location maybe. We need sections: About the role (maybe job summary), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe competencies?), Benefits (benefits described), Pay (if mentioned), Schedule (if mentioned). Let's see what content we have. From posting: - Job Summary: "Spread, level, smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, slabs, table tops, beams, panel, foundations, walkways, roads, and/or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Grout columns, patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints." - Key Responsibilities: long list (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll need to extract into
- items.
- Management Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications: list of NCCER certifications: NCCER Concrete Finishing, NCCER Carpenter, NCCER Reinforcing Ironwork, NCCER Rigger, NCCER Scaffolding.
- Minimum Qualifications: "4 or more years of experience working as a concrete finisher carpenter or similar craft, and a strong working knowledge of the civil crafts. Experience in the erection of all types of concrete structures. Must have working knowledge of auto-level and tran" (cut off). Also "All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations."
- Certifications: same list as preferred? Actually repeats.
- Work Environment/Physical Demands: details.
- Competencies: maybe not needed.
- Salary Plan CEM: Cement Masonry Job Grade 200 (maybe pay grade). Not explicit salary number. Could be considered Pay? It says "Salary Plan CEM: Cement Masonry Job Grade 200". That's somewhat specific but not a numeric salary. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Salary Plan and Job Grade. That could be considered Pay info. We could include a Pay section with that info.
- Benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits portfolio is a key component of this commitment and offers and array of health care benefits including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurances along with life insurance and a robust wellness program. To support a healthy work-life balance, we offer paid vacation and holiday time after the eligibility period has been met. A variety of additional benefits are available to our professionals including, but not limited to, a company matched 401k plan, vendor discounts, AD&D insurance, pre-taxed accounts, voluntary legal plan, identity theft and credit monitoring services, and the B&V Credit Union."
Thus we have Benefits content.
- Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides "Full-Time". Could infer schedule but not explicit hours. The instruction: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It says Full time/Part time : Full-Time. That's maybe enough for Schedule? It states full-time. Could include Schedule section with "Full-Time". Probably acceptable.
- About the role: Could be job summary plus maybe company description. We'll create About the role section with job summary paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications + Certifications? But we have separate Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) and Requirements (minimum). We'll follow typical: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications (NCCER certs). Skills: maybe competencies like math, communication, safety, etc. Could extract from responsibilities: "Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and fractions rapidly and accurately." "Use effective verbal and written communication skills". Also safety responsibilities. We'll create Skills section with those.
- Benefits: as above.
- Pay: Salary Plan CEM: Cement Masonry Job Grade 200.
- Schedule: Full-Time.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
