2nd Shift Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all records and inventories are completed and reviewed daily.
• Ensure the department meets all safety requirements.
• Ensure consistent product flow to maximize efficiency.
• Actively participate in the research, justification and implementation involved in the long-range planning process.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Three to five years related experience in a production/manufacturing environment, with a minimum of two in a supervisory role where responsibility was maintained to ensure employees are fully trained and have a complete understanding for the process in which they are functioning.
• Experience in pre-operational and operational inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of an activity based safety program where the focus is on accident prevention and early intervention.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• HACCP certification a plus.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
