Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 4 non-union Maintenance Technicians on 2nd shift.
• Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven leader who drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure accountability for PM completion and uphold equipment reliability standards across the facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues including PLC programming, robotics, and heavy mechanical systems.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical skills and professional growth.

Requirements

• Strong electrical skills with expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming preferred.
• Robotics experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience supervising maintenance personnel.
