About the role
A growing food company located near Lebanon, OH is currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor with food manufacturing processing experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all maintenance activities within the facility
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food production maintenance
- 2+ years maintenance supervisor experience
- 3+ years of experience in USDA meat processing
- Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Professional certifications in relevant fields (e.g., OSHA, NFPA) are a plus
