Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do

• Maintain production equipment to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operations on a daily basis.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
• Execute scheduled maintenance activities to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
• Install and modify equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.
• Success will be measured by equipment uptime, safety compliance, and the ability to quickly resolve maintenance issues.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw. Skills in welding and fabrication tasks. Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.
