2nd shift Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)

About the role

The Hotel Host at Hyatt Place Indianapolis Airport is responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience across various areas including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, and meeting rooms. This role requires previous guest service experience and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting environment for all guests
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Service meeting rooms as needed
• Operate the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen
• Work in the e-room and TV den

Requirements

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
• Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to satisfy guest needs in a dynamic setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Pay

$15 - $17 per hour based on experience
