About the role
The Hotel Host (Front Desk Agent) contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience, including the Hotel Host Stand, the Bakery Café, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room and the TV den, guest check-in and out, and the servicing of the meeting rooms.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, helpful, and exceptional guest experience
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- Serve guests in the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
- Service meeting rooms as needed
Requirements
- Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Strong communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
- Multi-tasking ability
- Age 18 or older
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Basic computer skills, such as Word, Excel, etc.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Basic computer proficiency
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Shifts are available AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
