Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)

About the role

The Hotel Host contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience, including the Hotel Host Stand, the Bakery Café, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room, the TV den, guest check-in and out, and the servicing of the meeting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Offer welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to guests
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
• Perform tasks at the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, and meeting rooms
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
• Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field
