Welcome to the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel! As a Guest Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures every guest's experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities include greeting guests, managing their accounts, and providing assistance to enhance their stay.Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide check-in and check-out services.
- Manage guest accounts, including reservations, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Ensure all guest needs are met, from room amenities to local recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Support the hotel’s events and functions by assisting with setup, coordination, and post-event cleanup.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
