Responsibilities

• Use an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests.
• Assist with the unloading of guest luggage and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as needed.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain amenities.
• Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience for each guest.
• Keep the entrance area clean and organized.
• Work in a team environment and be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• A valid drivers license with no major infractions within the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and moving around the hotel.
• A strong desire to make an impact on others.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
