2ND SHIFT ADMIN FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT 3

About the role

The Audiology Technician will perform hearing screenings and audiometric testing for employees and new hires, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure testing is completed according to established procedures. The position will also provide support to the Lab and Front Desk as needed and will be cross-trained in multiple clinic functions.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources
• Compiles, reviews and analyzes data
• Uses software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
• May design processes to enhance workflow
• Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
• Performs hearing screenings and audiometric testing
• Maintains accurate documentation
• Ensures testing is completed according to established procedures
• Provides support to the Lab and Front Desk as needed
• Cross-trains in multiple clinic functions

Requirements

• High School/GED and 4 years of additional education and/or experience
• Must be available to work 2nd shift
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Qualifications

• PFT certified and CAOHC certified; copy of certification should be provided
• Medical Assistant certification preferred; copy of certification should be provided if available

Pay

The anticipated salary range is $54,000.00 to $68,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.
