About the role

Performs a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for the functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

The Audiology Technician will perform hearing screenings and audiometric testing for employees and new hires, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure testing is completed according to established procedures. The position will also provide support to the Lab and Front Desk as needed and will be cross-trained in multiple clinic functions.

Requirements

• High School/GED and 4 years of additional education and/or experience

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable, punctual, and consistently demonstrates strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Willing and able to cross-train in multiple clinic areas, including Lab, Audio, Front Desk, and other clinical functions
• PFT certified and CAOHC certified; copy of certification should be provided
• Medical Assistant certification preferred; copy of certification should be provided if available
• Must be available to work 2nd shift
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Pay

The anticipated salary range is $54,000.00 to $68,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.
