Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment for safety problems, leaks, or wear and tear, and make or recommend appropriate repairs.
• Reviews and monitors prior shift, to check for accuracy, daily computer log and scan process board.
• Records gas volumes and process analyzer readings, and makes necessary changes.
• Gauges and records daily tank inventory.
• Monitors and maintains process readings on daily log sheets (inside and outside readings of entire plant).
• Acknowledges, responds to, and initiates corrections/action to process alarms.
• Monitors and maintains all control loops in the plant.
• Monitors and maintains truck rack and assist loaders.
• Drains unwanted fluids (D-23, T-503, inst. Air, propane reclaimer).
• Monitors and maintains security of plant entrances by checking the identification and recording names of visitors.
• Conducts and/or coordinates ongoing maintenance and general housekeeping of the plant.
• Procures necessary materials and supplies to complete daily tasks.
• Reads automatic gauges, as specified intervals, to determine flow rate of gas.
• Retrieves and performs required tests for quality and integrity on product samples.
• Monitors and maintains logs of meter readings, test results, and adjustments made.
