Operator -Plant

Operate and maintain an automated rock-products processing plant, ensuring safe, efficient production and consistent material quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production material plant and monitor automated processing equipment.
• Maintain material quality and perform basic maintenance activities.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, software).
• Perform routine inspections and optimize plant efficiency.
• Keep work area clean and safe; complete required record-keeping.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum two years experience in the construction/mining industry preferred.
• Experience with automated processing equipment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial processing equipment (screens, crushers, conveyor systems).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, pull, bend, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying/extreme weather conditions and flexible/overtime schedules.
• Must speak, read, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
