About the role

Administers and directs all aspects of the program.

Is thoroughly familiar with the grant contract.

Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff.

Supervises and monitors before-school, after-school and summer staff.

Develops and maintains community partnerships.

Approves expenditures in accordance with approved budget.

Manages the recruitment and retention of students.

Fulfills reporting requirements of the grant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and CHRC certification required.
• Experience With Budgeting Preferred.
• Experience with supervision preferred.
• Experience With Curriculum Development Preferred.
