Next Generation Director

The Role

This position plays a vital roll in the equipping of parents/families in their discipleship efforts. This position also plays a vital roll in the evangelizing, discipling, and equipping of youth in their walk of faith.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual, ministerial, relational, and administrative leadership to all aspects of the Next Generation ministries (birth through college).
• Play a vital roll in the equipping of parents/families in their discipleship efforts.
• Play a vital roll in the evangelizing, discipling, and equipping of youth in their walk of faith.
• Be the primary communicator and leader in the church for all who fall in the category of birth through college.

Requirements

Next to the Pastor, the Next Generation Director is the primary communicator and leader in the church for all who fall in the category of birth through college.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and equipping parents/families in their discipleship efforts.
• Experience evangelizing, discipling, and equipping youth in their walk of faith.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with the Pastor and other church leaders.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with parents/families and youth.
